Group & Private Rock climbing
Real Rocks offers guided group and private rock-climbing trips in Railay, located in Krabi Province, southern Thailand. We provide climbing tours on some of the world’s most breathtaking cliffs, welcoming climbers of all levels and abilities—even those completely new to the sport.
Our internationally certified climbing instructors are committed to safety, professionalism, and, above all, creating a fun experience for everyone.
STUDY COURSE
Master climbing techniques and earn an internationally recognized certification! Our instructors are the only licensed professionals in southern Thailand authorized to issue Sport Climbing Certifications for Levels 1-3.
Each course is private, ideal for beginner and novice climbers, with personalized, one-on-one instruction to help you build skills quickly and efficiently.

How to climb?
Learn to climb like a pro and get certified to international standards! Our instructors are the only licensed instructors in the South of Thailand authorized to issue certifications for Sport Climbing Levels 1-3. Each course is PRIVATE, recommended for beginner and novice climbers! One-on-one teaching to maximize your time practicing skills and accelerate your learning. Each course includes: hotel pick up and drop off from Ao Nang, an official sport climbing certification card, student sport climbing training manual and log book, gear and equipment rental, and private instruction.

The cliffs at Railay Beach were quite busy when we went (1st Jan). However, it's a lovely location with nice climbs suitable for all levels, from beginner (grade 4-5) to expert (grade 7+). I went with two children aged five and nine. The kids had both climbed before, but the instructors were great. I'd have no issue learning to climb here. We did a 4-hour session, which was more than enough.
